Terms & Conditions

  1. The offer is only open to product purchased new and unused in Australia from an authorised Morel retailer.
  2. Registration must be made within 90 days of purchase date to qualify.
  3. The offer is subject to completion of the “Registration Form” which must be completed and submitted before the expiry of the standard 12 Month Factory Warranty, this is a promotional offer that may closed to new participants without warning, you can not participate in the offer without completing the registration.
  4. Only items listed on the registration form will be covered by the extended warranty offer*, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided to Morel Australia within 7 Business Days of registration, the confirmation email must be retained along with the purchase receipt.
  5. As per Australian Consumer Law, warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable, a copy of the original purchase receipt which clearly shows your name must be provided with any warranty claim, proof of ID may also be requested.
  6. The extension to the warranty does not void any rights held under Australian consumer law, the standard factory warranty & extended warranty covers all failures due to manufacturing faults
    Warranty is void where the product has been used outside of the intended purpose of use, it expressly excludes such things as water damage, damage through overpowering or abuse or where the product has been installed incorrectly and or modified.
  7. It is your responsibility to ensure all information submitted is accurate, the extended warranty will be rejected where the serial number in the submission does not match the product.  
  8. Morel Australia reserves the right to repair or replace with the same or similar, any item submitted for warranty.
  9. The extension to the standard 12 month manufacturers warranty is as follows:
