Our warehouse and office is a secure facility and we do not allow the general public on site.
Morel prices in Australia mirror closely the price which it is sold at in the USA, and of course includes Australian GST.
In most all cases when you calculate the cost of shipping, currency exchange rates and the GST charge Australian Customs charges imports of $1,000 or more, it will be a better choice to buy local, you will also be supported by Morel Australia with any technical advice or warranty support in the unlikely event you need to make a claim.
All Morel car audio products carry a 12 month warranty against faulty workmanship, in the unlikely event you do need to make a warranty claim simply return the product to the shop where you made your purchase.
You will need to provide a copy of your purchase receipt when submitting your claim.
The legally responsible for warranty on products is limited to products R.M. Audio imported and sold, however R.M.A and the Morel factory handle things on a case by case basis, our ultimate goal is a happy Morel owner.
You can make your claim through any Morel retailer, however charges may apply for removal and or refit of products.
New Resolution & Reference Series products come with a Plastic Credit card with all the details printed on, older Resolution & Reference Series products have a Hologram and come with a Hologram Reader.
The best way is to purchase from an authorised Morel retailer then you can be sure they are legitimate.
If in doubt about a retailer being authorised please contact our office to confirm.
We are unable to confirm by serial number if a “Performance Series” product is legitimate.
